Ok so contacted him and went through ebay, as I'm not sure when the window closes but it took a long time to ship.

Message thru messenger:

"This is a present.

I hope you enjoy it

Your goods are on the way

You will receive it within 5 days

I hope you'll be patient."


Message thru ebay dispute:
"This is a present. Your goods are on the way You will receive it soon I am a seller I will communicate with you to solve any problems I hope you can help me close the case thanks"

So do you guys think this is a load of BS and he's trying to waste time to close the window? As you guys mentioned paypal will last longer so I feel ok with that, but the tracking number was for that little android thing.

Was thinking of this when going down this thread. Of course, the seller has more negatives than my tolerance level for a seller. While it's impossible to not run into problem buyers, it's not difficult to find sellers with way more comments and absolutely stellar ratings.

I don't think the window closes if you've contacted the seller and it shows that you should receive the goods within 5 days. How can you make a claim if you haven't even received the goods in the alotted time frame?

you have some time...i'd say ask for a tracking number...if he doesn't provide it then file a complaint. by the time the tracking number is given, and the part arrives you should still be within your complaint window...but do track that as you do not want that to elapse.

A LOT of people buy their carbon fiber stuff from china on here.

Like I said, I've seen these things go down to as low as about $120, so I figured it could have been a closeout special or something lol.
