fault codes potential buyer
Hi
New potential member here so please be gentle.
I am looking to buy a 2013 C63 sedan ,39500kms, full service history.
Had a pre-purchase inspection done by an independant workshop and they found some fault codes. He wasn't worried about any of them but I want to make sure before I hand over my money.
I have attached a screenshot.
374a , B179715, B170B15 he said may come from the factory and are not real faults (?).
0554 - this one he said the gearbox has evidence it has previously been removed, for what reason he doesn't know, possible oil leak but whatever it is has been fixed and may have triggered this code. Again he wasn't worried about it.
The only other thing is the oil level is low...It has only been 5000kms since the last service, which could mean a couple of things- the engine is leaking/chewing oil (workshop didn't think this was the case) or some muppet didn't fill enough oil at the last service.
Other than that he said this car is 9.5/10. Should I be worried?
I have put down $2000 deposit but have a clause on the contract which says contract is void if report is unsatisfactory. I prefer not to walk away as I have spent months finding a car to my liking.
Thanks in advance

374a is ignorable.
b179715 and b170b15 are both current, which means those bulbs are actually burnt out
0554 - this could go either ways, unlikely it was triggered cause the transmission was out, it would have been an open circuit instead of a short to ground, but still possible. Likely the O2 will need to be replaced soon.
It's common to lose 1 qt of oil every 3000-5000 miles

b179715 and b170b15 the tech said both DRLs are working fine, so can ignore the code

that is odd as the DRLs in the FL models are all LED so they shouldnt work at all if those codes are current as the front SAM kills those circuits until a complete key removal/driver door open cycle is completed when the codes pop up....same with hi beam/lowbeam/parking/cornering lights

so I sent a "please explain" email to the dealer:
I would like an explanation for each one
1. The 4 fault codes occurred over 12 months ago, we only clear codes that appear on dash display not old stored codes, the old codes were a direct result of a faulty “purge valve” which is part of the emission control system, we replaced the “ purge valve” and the issue was fixed never to return 2. This is normal for this make & model, you leave oil level slightly below full mark due to oil pressure, if level was incorrect a high or low warning would appear, also this is the level where we filled up to during last service
3. When vehicle was last serviced the technician reported slight oil sweating at the rear of the engine bay, the factory agreed to cover all costs of a replacement oil seal, we carried out this procedure which meant the transmission had to be temporarily detached
From the engine as per correct procedure for replacing oil seal
4. 100kph vibration, is barely noticeable but we understand SVS has to maintain a high standard and reputation and are very thorough, we did balance the rear tyres as we just recently fitted them New but we did not balance the front. We will balance the front tyres at our cost which will eliminate this issue
What do you all think?

- There are 4 fault codes 374a,0554, B179715, B179B15. Why have these occurred.
- low engine oil (near minimum level). The last service was at 35485km , Odo at inspection is 39720km. This is a major concern that the engine has lost so much oil in only 4235km.
- Evidence that the gearbox may have been removed at some point (mentioned in phone call).
- vibration at 100kph
