Oddly enough I can't make calls through the Bluetooth since a few days ago. I can stream audio but can't make calls. The option on my phone to use "phone audio" won't allow me to check it. 2014 c63, HTC M10 Android

Reboot it, turn off BT and go into settings and delete the car from paired devices. I would do the same on the car. Delete the phone and then re-pair them.
I would be interested to know if this works actually but experience tells us with devices going back and starting over often cures problems. If you are unsure of the procedure check your manual.

Tried this twice. Removed the phone from the command and removed the car from the phone. Still can't make make calls.
The phone buttons on the steering wheel won't do anything. Streaming music still works but I can't select the option for phone audio in the Bluetooth settings. Makes me think that maybe a recent update to something on the phone is causing the issue because nothing in the car has changed

Only other suggestion I can offer is to disconnect the main battery for 20 minutes and reconnect it. Hopefully that will reboot the whole system.
Other than that see your dealer.
