Time to Change oil before winter, some questions

Hey guys, I am planning my first oil change for my 2012 C63 and was wondering what brand and viscosity everyone uses here. I read some threads about the new OIL to get is Shell Rotella but I can’t seem to get one with the 229.5 Specification, I only saw Mobile 1 have that listed when looking at Parts Source.
And with winter coming and being in Canada is the consensus to use 0w40 in the winter and 5w40 in the summer or just run 1 all the time.
Looking for some feedback here guys, thanks

I like this video because it shows how cold oil flows on a winter day. Make up your own mind.

For a 229.5 spec oil, just stick with M1 0W-40.

Cool video. That says at -27deg C, which is about -17deg F.

Use 0W40 year round. Compared to 5W40, it performs better in both extreme heat and cold.

My recommendation would be AMSOIL. Then again I might be slightly biased being that I'm a dealer.

Thanks for the feedback guys, so I am going to look for Mobile 1 0W40 oil then.
