Option box to buy to add camera to universal media connector
So today I took out my Command NTG4 (pfl), to add the reverse camera.
I found rhe connector at the back of the NTG taken up and a cable going to the glovebox, where my car has the universal media connector and where if I plug in the UMC to iphone cable, I can play music from the Iphone.
Now, I saw a thread before, where someone that had good knowledge explained that this can happen and then you buy one of the Mercedes option boxes and then you get both camera and UMC (or UMI, whatever it's called).
Does anybody know how to figure out the option part number, or which option box to use?
Mine is a 2010 car. I have access to the option numbers and can post relevant option codes.

Is there a way to select an option from the engineering menu and get rid of the bottom line with the "back" option, basically have the image take up the whole screen?
Also, do you guys get the screen to flip up when it's off in pfl cars, by putting the car in reverse ?
