I am not an expert by any means but I am not really sure what the importance of BHP vs WHP is. Dyno testing is a gauge for increases on modifications and tuning to guide you along. It's not the end all and be all.
The numbers for stock C63s, P31, BS and 507s are well published, whether it is stock, with ROW boxes, headers, with or without cats and tuned. These arguments and creative math is mind boggling at times.

A dynamometer that can't accurately measure power is as useless as a scale to weight or thermo to temp.
If the dyno isn't calibrated or the operator unqualified, the numbers are meaningless.
