Installed the x and cats first. Took the hangers off the stock tailpipes then connected the crossmember section. Connected stock to new, put back on the hangers, tightened clamps.

Not actual intake spacers, don't think I'd ever. I'm waiting on supposed phenolic gaskets.

Ahh, they reach but dont like the look so I ordered 24" extensions. This way (hopefully) they can stay on the original bracket and stay outta site. Think I only needed the passenger side longer but might do both cause the driver side had zero play

Engine mount ARH Rubbing

Hi, I am having the same rubbing issue. How did you bend the engine mount heat shield. It’s made of a a spring like metal so every time I try to bend it with a pry bar it tends to spring back to it’s natural shape. I am having the problem on the passenger side.

After I bent some shyt. Got about a 1/4 inch of clearance. All you need.

Driver side rub fixed, no pre rub pic.

So long ago, got a g now. I think I had to remove the shield completely to reshape

You will have to take it off put it on a bench and hammer it to shape, using a pry bar will do nothing.
