I just received my p30 front rotors from FCP the other day. I ordered the Brembo badged ones and not MBs. They must have had them drop-shipped from Texas. But, Kyle, a word if I may. I have already emailed your CS department but I wanted to grieve a little here since this was my first "large" order with FCP and new to my AMG. I had ordered pads, rotors, and oil change kit, air boxes, and spark plugs. I already mentioned the rotors shipped separately but I was rather alarmed when one large, heavily distressed thin cardboard box showed up yesterday containing the rest of the parts above. This thing must have been packed on a Friday around happy hour. No care was given to packaging. Parts appear to have been literally thrown in with the large heavy oil kit and its 9 liters of oil jumbled together banging around the box from CT to CA. Other shippers take the care also to put plastic bags taped over the oil. But most problematically, I didn't receive my complete order. 5 spark plugs are missing from the box even though the invoice has them as checked off. Because this was my first order, I don't know if this is "normal", but I've learned that I will not place a single order with both small and large parts if this is how it gets packed and shipped. The boxes containing the air boxes were damaged inside the larger box and I'm lucky the MAF sensors weren't damaged when the 5 liter oil carton was flopping all over. What's the deal? I wanted to do my plugs this weekend but now that ain't happening so I'd like a refund for the 5 missing plugs and I'll just buy them locally. Cheers!
