Hold on, you are moving to Germany and you are trying to sell your C63.
Take it with you, you are not paying any additional import taxes if you owned the car in the US for more than 12month.
Besides that you could sell it in Germany and get more for it.
I was about to do the same with my old e46 M3 when I was planning to move back to Germany.

If you used Mercedes and no China imported parts you would not have an issue getting a TUV certification.,
There are several tuning shops in Germany which convert a normal C63 to a BS. Even they can help you with the TUV.

It is a possibility.... I would definitely have to work on getting cats refitted and the tune changed. Probably swap out the Long Tube headers for that. KW Clubsports should be fine, brakes, not sure.

I would definitely bring it to Germany with me. Would be awesome to have the same car I drove in the USA, in another country with me. One of my dreams actually to be able to buy a car in Europe, drive it throughout and bring it home to the US.

You can actually drive for up to 12month with the US plates in Germany. Just check with your insurance and make sure that you have a plate for the front bumper.
That should give you plenty of time to figure out the GER registration.
Just think of driving it on the Ring or even on the Autobahn that should be enough motivation.

I have had the car detailed and got new pictures, which I added to the original post. I decided to move on and sell the car after all. Let me know if interested.

The car is sold to a fellow enthusiast, who wanted exactly such a car and appreciates all the mods I have done. Maybe he will pop up on this forum in the future....... Happy Ending!
