Thank you for all the interest! We have been selling these mounts for about 2 years now and we are the first to develop billet mounts for these cars. We currently do not have the engine mounts in stock as we are focusing on other projects right now and we wont have an ETA until we finish the other projects. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your continued support!

We do have the transmission mounts in stock though if anyone is interested in those.

I put a set of these MM and TM mount on an 07 SL55 with the P30 option yesterday. One of the features of the The factory P30 option is that the suspension is 20% stiffer than standard. Upon completion we found that the car was completely free of any vibration and the following high speed test made the car feel solid through it's entire speed range.

Quote: Only one that was extremely noticeable: On cold start, I'd get a very loud metal on metal rattling noise while accelerating. Both sides had collapsed, so the engine was sitting a bit more than an inch lower than usual, and I guess the exhaust was coming into contact with a heat shield or part of the body. Couldn't find exactly where, so no damage done. But it was very noisy

Couldn't tell if it had affected ride quality too much since I'd only been driving the AMG for a month after I bought it before it went away for the winter
Thank you for this comment, 6 years later 🙌🏻 Came in clutch on my 09 C63

Dang, I finally start to notice the slightest sign of failed mounts in my 2012 and it looks like these are long gone... What has to happen to become a "former" vendor?

I'm going to assume the VRP or Creative Steel are going to be my only options these days, unless someone knows something I don't about the folks at ECE. I really had my heart set on these; should've ordered and stored till needed. Hmmm.

get the creative steel. They are a great product. I’m happy with it. ECE has had multiple failures I wouldn’t feel bad.

failures from people doing 60 foot times in the sticky? Or failures from normal driving?

Built my E several years ago with ECE and it's been just resting as I finish stuff up.

The inserts melted from what I had read on several vehicles with headers.
