In order to pull in cold air for the engine to use, many automotive manufacturers have some sort of system which pulls air from the grill and routes it to the intake box. This helps keep the hot air inside the engine bay from being sucked into the engine, which will ultimately decrease horsepower. Mercedes incorporates this system into many of their vehicles including the C63 and C63S. GruppeM saw an opportunity to improve this system.
