I had to buy new front calipers for mine last month. Cheapest I could find at the time was genuinemercedesparts.com for $600 a side...

Because my mechanic "said so"... Took it in for brake job. Car new to me and had knowledge that most of it's life was spent in IL and so corrosion "may" be an issue. Well it reared ugly head on first maintenance item. According to the mechanic, at least one of the pistons in each caliper was seized from corrosion and even the disc retaining screw had to be cut to get the rotor off. So, they were kind enough to give me the "we ran into a problem" call and my heart sank as I hadn't budgeted for new calipers after having just bought new P30 Brembo rotors (that's right, I didn't cheap out...) At least they let me source my own parts.
