That sounds correct....black series calipers are actually from a W212.
I might actually sell mine soon y'know. I decided to downsize to 330mm 2-piece rear discs. W212 E Class run 360mm rear discs stock, but the W211 E Class runs 330mm like the W204. Braking benefits are obvious with the bigger discs, but it does hamper acceleration a small amount. For anybody curious, I weighed the stock discs (90k miles of wear, so this weight isn't at full thickness) and they came in at 10kg. I'm not sure what stock 330mm W204 discs weigh, but 2 piece will be around 7kg.
I think you can also get second hand 360mm rear calipers from an ML and S/CL 63 series. Infact...just buy the rear discs and calipers from a crashed vehicle.
