Need advice Eurocharged v5 v6 or v7
i will start out by saying that I am happy with Eurocharged, have used their products in the past and was satisfied. I have read a hundred posts on these tunes but still can’t decide which one I would be most satisfied with. my C63 is currently stock with K&N filters. I’m very happy with the performance of the car at this time but I feel there is a lag at getting to its power band. I’m an older guy and not looking to go racing , I would just like to get the horse power that Mercedes has detuned out of the C class and climb to its power band quicker-without losing any drivability. I have read about peoples concerns of the V7 tune and I am wondering if I should go with an earlier version. Thank you in advance. My car is a 2014 c63.

I still think V5 may be the best tune, V7 felt good on my car smooth like stock but never felt as fast as V5 never sumo tested so smooth could be fast or slow and certainly others had issues with V7 if you search.
V6 - I have no good words for it, spent money to upgrade to it, it sucked and they should have refunded anyone that paid for it over V5 or given V7 our for free, so certainly don’t do V6.

I can't tell much difference between v5 and v6. I got the v6 for the cold start delete since I have headers. turns out that some cars can't be programmed to delete the cold start which was the main reason I got the v6 software. EC wouldn't refund me, so I basically wasted $150. My next tune will be a custom dyno tune from a local tuner. my car didn't gain as much as some with LTHs 380/420/450 whp (stock/tune only/headers), and I think there is a little bit more left on the table to be gained with a custom tune.

No reason to go with an older version... A time goes on, refinements are made to our tunes. We just updated a '13 C63, from V6 to V7 - mods on this car are Tune and ARH Headers ONLY
... Not even a ROW car. Will be getting E85 shortly for the summer
Also make note that these are UNCORRECTED numbers, SAE corr. would be 498 (got close to breaking 500whp
Very strong powerband, perfect drivability.
Thanks!
Dave

Upper right hand corner is what is where you can see actually displayed on the graph. When I select to add the ambient conditions (the part with temp, humidity), the software adds the note about what the SAE correction would be, 2% in this case expressed as 1.02.
Thanks!
