Fastest Car (Netflix) - Anyone Watching?
As a felllow enthusiast, wanna-be racer, and just a guy who really enjoys working on cars, this show is something like coffee and cars mixed with your backyard bbq shooting the sh** with your car buddies.
Y’all watching?

I have watched a few episodes, it is just so bad I can't watch more, always the same, some sob story for one of the sleepers and the guy with the super car is usually an a-hole and can never work his launch control.
The one with that TV divorce lawyer from NY Salamone, guy looks like an idiot and whatever that thing is he calls his wife is almost worth watching as it is such a train wreck mess.

did 1 episode.... that was enough..... too much attitude.... not enough substance.... a reality show in disguise... fake one......
is some of that out there ? of course but most are good people..... i just walk away from the tools....
In Reality I'm a biker who happens have a knack for diagnosing stuff..... I don't know why, I just do.... I learned early on to apply that knack to computers back in the early 80's... i surmised I could make the most money and get "stuff" I wanted...
Know in my 50's and got myself a AMG and a nice Cab But I still look like a biker LOL, confuses the crap out of people.... which frankly is kinda fun

I watched it and would rather punch myself in the face then watch another season.
@MrMotoGuzzi, which Guzzis have you suffered with...I had a v11 sport and a griso....it’s a fine line between unique Italian engineering and **** Italian engineering.

Then i went out and bought a 2000 V11 Jackal left over for stupid cheap money.... that was fun too... had 0 issues with the jackal and only 1 real problem with the V1000, it was a convert model aka a 2 speed automatic sorta... ? had a clutch but there was a torque converter between it and the motor....
The end of the clutch cable kept snapping off in the clutch plate.... installed a new one, snapped in less than thousand miles.... had a it welded with some extra material, still snapped, finally just gave up.... with the torque converter it would not move at a stop unless ya gave it gas.... it was my 100mph moped
the Before....
The After....

I just fast forward to the drag race itself. One of the episode has a SUPER clean Mazda RX-2 and get wrecked by a no-brainer in his electric car. I was so vexed.
They started a GoFundMe for him!

This...I could smell the reality TV coming out of the screen. Yes they are real builds, but the directors are reality film idiots dragging the plot along like Need For Speed or something.
I wish they could just make a REAL show on cars - where they just go to cars and coffee or feature good shops. Instead we have golden spoon fed YouTubers buying whatever car they want yapping about it.

I've watched about six episodes of the show so far, and they always seem to have a Ferrari or Lamborghini. We all know that these cars are fast, and they should not be allowed to participate.
