As for lead times on 63 headers I got a bunch in stock that just need to have the final touches put on them like machining the flange face flat and a little tig welding so lead time is only about 1 to 2 days before they ship! It is possible that in stock headers can run out so act fast to avoid a wait. Again thank you all for the 10 years of support.
Do the oxygen sensor wires reach if trimming the last portion of pipe and welding the converter there?
We have cats the fit and will reach the o2 sensor wires. No welding required. Plus I wouldn't recommend welding a cat to the header. Sometimes cats go bad and the last thing you are going to want to do is cut up a header to get the cat off.
