I don't think it's possible without major R&D even if you had tons of money to throw at it. I've never heard of a factory heated steering wheel on a W204, but on a W166 (ML) where some SUVs have that option, a retrofit would involve a new steering wheel, clock spring, steering column switch module (the whole kaboodle), additional wiring, control module (which also controls the rear heated seats) and finally coding.
