Constant 3 beep pattern and key fob lock not working

2012 uk model c63 sedan.

Car is relatively new to me, since disconnecting battery i have a few interesting issues.

1. Key fob lock only does not work, unlock and boot work fine and i have changed battery. Other key fob locks the doors fine. No keyless go.

2. A constant 3 beep pattern from first turn key position, stays in second key turn position and stays on when driving. A true torture. Sounds like this beep but in 3 beep pattern.

notes

-No lights come on dash.
-Historic error codes showing issues communicating with engine management and i am unable to scan ECU fault codes with my carsoft.
-able to scan all other modules.

Help?
Battery isonly a couple of years old and fully charged.

The first thing I would try is to loosen and remove the battery post cable connections. Clean the posts and cable connectors with a solvent and lightly abrade the contact surfaces with steel wool, sandpaper or a stainless steel post and connector cleaner brush. Vacuum up any residue and wipe clean with a cloth dampened in contact or brake clearer. Let the solvent evaporate. If you wipe it dry make sure you use a clean cloth or clean shop wipe. Seat the contacts with a light back and forth twisting motion trying to achieve a good contact between the cable connectors and the battery posts. Snug up the fasteners and see if your symptoms are gone. If not then charge the battery fully with a C-Tek type charger. If you symptoms still persist you can be reasonably sure it is not the battery charge or connections causing the problem.

Other than that I have no idea what the car is trying to tell you. Maybe someone else will be able to solve this mystery. I am wondering why you cannot make contact with the ECU with your scanner. GL figuring this out.

I’m no expert but when I ran into this with another AMG I went to my tech and he plugged in the MB scan tool and had to reset all the functions. When you disconnect batteries on these cars everything goes haywire. That’s why a lot of Mercedes such as the S class run 2 batteries.

Cleaned and sanded all battery contacts and charged with my 7 stage charger but no dice.
Still makes a near permanent 2 or 3 sequence beeping from the dash area, Im guessing behing the cluster as its loudest from the vent next to cluster.
If I cant solve it soon I will find out what it is behind the dash that generates the sound and I will murder it.
I have a stealth install excort 9500ci and alpine 4 channel amp as aftermarket extras but I turned them both off and it still beeps.

I have disconnected the battery in my 2012 C63 lots of times without any issues. But don't jinx me, knock on wood.

Maybe find someone with Star Das / Xentry to scan your car or take it to the dealer to have it scanned. Our cars are actually compatible with Xentry.

Decided to open up the dash and delete the offending noise. Looking under dash i find a small switch that turns the beeping on and off. I assume it was put in as part of the custom audio or stealth radar install however it doesnt seem to affect anything other than the beeping....

Lock button on one key fob still not working though.

One key fob locks and the other doesn't and all other features work. Sounds like a defective key fob?

This car has had some custom electronic work. That can be a nightmare. Does it have remote start?
