Seat Bolster Fix Ideas
Thank you in advance for any help.

It is pretty simple you cover what you don't want dye on, sand the worn bolster and clean with their cleaner, then wipe or spray on their dye a few coats, if it is really worn or cracked you can also fill it before coloring. Mine has held up like OEM, I found wiping it on matched the texture better than spraying.
These guys also have a lot of mercedes dye colors https://www.leatherworldtech.com/Mer...ors-s/1857.htm

The mercedes black kit matched my pfl black leather perfectly. I didn't fill the cracks though.

it is a bit scary the first time using sandpaper on your leather but it is top coated leather so it is basically like doing bodywork just with leather products, follow the instructions watch the video and it is not that hard maybe 1.5 hours to do my bolster and most of that is just drying between coats after you prep and do the first coat. If you can find some scrap leather I colored a piece first just to compare color or pick a piece in hidden area and do a little to check match before jumping into the deep end!
