For the W204 I’d skip it. Especially for a 2014 that is the last model year with most things sorted out in the w204 chassis. If it was a MB with airmatic suspension (like my CLS55 which I should have gotten something because previous owner wasn’t really on top of maintenance) I’d think differently. But the w204 c63 is an excellent and reliable car if you maintain it well, which I assume you do.

Wow, this is a really bad take. Do insurance companies make money? Of course. Do they save some people TONS of money? Absolutely. The reason you buy insurance is to mitigate the risk of a devastating bill. They make a little money off of a lot of people, and lose a lot of money on others.
I guess you're feeling lucky? Then go on and roll those dice. Good luck!

2016 GTs, 2014 C63 AMG and 2014 C350 Sport (wife's car, she thinks it's an AMG - shhhhhh)
I don't know but for $5,000 I got a 5/60 extension on BOTH my 2014 C63 AND my wife's 2015 C300 4matic. I'll keep the squad here posted on how it all plays out but I feel pretty comfortable that if I put $5,000 in an index fund today, It would be long gone by 2024. Just my .02 cents.
