Waiting for my turn

TCD- OS Giken Traction Control Diff

Took my 2014 C63 507 to the track for a drift night event.
I was the only proper car, the rest were Frankenstein, chopped and glued BMWs and Nissans all with LS motors.

I had recently installed the OS Giken LSD and wanted to see what it was capable of. Put the ESP off with the long press and went.
The car was sliding perfectly and went from one corner to the other until I hit full throttle where it just fell on its face. I thought maybe traction or maybe the tune.
The car also triggered ESP and Tire sensor warnings.

If I switch the car off and then on, it returns to normal and I can drift again.

I waited outside, then used dyno mode but still same issue. It drifts and performs flawlessly until I hit full throttle where it triggers limp mode. I took out the Mygenius and programmed it back to stock.....still same issue occurred again

Thanks to the search function in this forum, I found that it is most likely the gas pedal .....The dealer found it faulty the next day and they replaced it under warranty... now it's good as new.
i need a new event to test the diff

That wasn't limp mode. You just freaked out the ESP module so it shut down.

Hahaha

It was the throttle position sensor which is in the pedal
A C63 is never shy to go sideways

She's a champ in driving using the side windows

That "inoperative" message came up on my dash when I tried to switch mine from a Renntech tune back to stock. Really scared me for a few minutes because I thought the ECU was bricked. I tried it again and it worked fine. Gotta love these cars!
