What car are people eyeing up after the w204 c63?

Keeping the C63 - they aren't worth much now. Would like to add an SUV for my future wife - likely an X5M or a Porsche Macan Turbo. Pretty hard to replace a 6.2L N/A V8, unless you go domestic, which nothing there appeals me. I do like the M3 sedans, but so many *******s drive them here in Los Angeles I became jaded. Only other sedan for me would be an RS7. As far as coupes, I plan on buying an 08' Gallardo

Viper for me. I love my C63 but if I was going get rid of it for anything that would be the car. Otherwise it does everything perfectly (except gas mileage) IMHO and it timeless!

I had an Infiniti fx 45 and that mf drinks gas. Had it for 6 years from 2009 to 2015. Then a porsche cayenne s.
I just love naturally aspirated v8s... The sound and feel is like nothing else. To fit a v8 of this magnititude in a small sedan. Unreal.
My mentality is if I could have afforded gas when I was much poorer then, this c63 should be a cake walk. Our gas is Canada is stupid expensive. Just paid 1.50/litre for shell v power 91 octane. Whatever that is in gallons? But that's the going rate where I live.
I find myself going thru a tank in about 1 week. Mostly city driving. Filled up 60 litres today and I know our tank only holds 66 so I was kinda testing the reserve tank!
I digress - my fiancé's Lexus rx350 gets horrible mpg. When I had my g37 it was horrible as well. Surprisingly the c63 is not THAT much worse than those 2.

White Ram 1500 Laramie crew cab, 40-20-40 beige interior, 5.7 hemi, super 44 flowmaster, 4x4 with the rambox. Its nothing spectacular just something much more usefull than the c63 p31 coupe, plus its not as hot in the summertime in that color configuration.

Hopefully the w206 c63 can demostrate meaningful weight reduction otherwise i will be tempted to get tillet seats, headers, metal rear flares to fit 315’s and keep this car forever.
I had told myself this time i would buy both a sports car and a sedan, i just couldnt do it.

2016 GTs, 2014 C63 AMG and 2014 C350 Sport (wife's car, she thinks it's an AMG - shhhhhh)
So truth time... did you get the Macan Turbo for her or you? (h/t in advance if it's for her and she actually drives it)

Still have my C63 though! When a car you really love breaks (ESP, Bushings, Fuel sender, Head gasket, Engine mounts, vacuum hose, etc), the sting of paying to fix it isn't so bad. ;-)

Hate to continue to bash Maserati on this thread, but the service after purchase has been horrible. Service dept will never find any issues with complaints and will ask for ride alongs. The 3 years of ownership, I've must of went on over 10 ride alongs over same issues. The factory will not help much either as they will just try to send you to another dealer. If they finds any issues half of the time they have no fixes or postpone fixes, but most of the time not fixed. This is my short answer to Maserati and maybe not the thread to bring this up so PM me if you want a more details regarding Maserati and their dealerships

Just wondering what people are looking at for their next car. I like to look a few years out and dream, then pick it up when its 3 years old and taken a chunk of depreciation.
As a smaller sedan I cant find anything out yet that will tempt me apart from the w205 c63 and im not a huge fan of the looks.
m3 - just couldnt go back to a 6
m5 - bigger than i need
e63 - same, too big
alfa quadrifoglio - go back to a 6? Not likely
audi rs4 - another 6
thoughts?
Im starting to think ill have this car for a while..

Been eyeing the GTS but didn't realize they were having so many issues. Both a bummer and relief given that it'll be a while before I can afford anyway - time to start watching something else

I replaced the AMG with a 991.1 turbo s. That's what I've always wanted but I do miss the immediate throttle response of the 6.2 L engine and the glorious exhaust note!
