I actually ran into the same exact issue a couple weeks ago on mine. Did a full front LED swap, and checked each bulb as I swapped them. All four eyebrows worked when I was done, but a couple days later a buddy pointed out to me the inner ones on each light assembly weren't on. I reached in on the passenger side and removed the cap to see if it was loose or something. Couldn't get anything that way with the light still installed, and it was EXTREMELY hot. A couple days later I had my Solus plugged in and just for S&Gs I checked the codes for the light module. I had two codes in there for shorts on those circuits. Now, I know for a fact all the wiring inside my light assemblies is fried; like all the insulation on the light gauge wiring just crumbles and rubs off. I thought I had been careful enough not to cross any circuits and insulated what I could, but I'm suspecting not since all other bulbs are working perfectly and I'm not getting any warnings on the dash. I know the LCM can shut off independent circuits on a fault/missing bulb, so I'm not too worried about it until I have a chance to pull the light assemblies out again.
I've been meaning to ask if anyone else has run into this issue (wiring inside light assemblies being cooked), but didn't grab pictures the last time I had it all apart.
Anyway, could be the same problem for you. Just a thought.
