Trying to find a replacement ecu (oem was opened & tuned by popular tuning company and they didn’t seal it. moisture got in.... anyways can’t seem to find a part number. Any help would be great!
The ECU May be able to report its part number to the Factory Xentry rig, if it boots up at all.
The part number may differ with options, the only thing I would trust is a dealer part guy answer based on VIN number in this case.

Well, I've spent several hours trying to find the proper part. Since it's a UK car, I can't use the usual subscriptions as they are for US cars. So I searched eBay and other sites in the UK and still cannot find an ECU that specifically ties to your W124-019 model. I found dozens with different sub models, but no -019. The other frustration concerns parts in the MB system that are no longer available. When I search in EPC, the ECU info for your car is grayed out. So they don't even display the part number.
I have an inquiry out for a UK parts distributor. I'll let you know when they respond.

So I got a response from the company in the UK. They indicate the part is A1268202326. Hopefully that is correct.
