Engine mounts
Hi all

Is it possible to change the side engine mounts without having to take the complete engine out?
Big job? Or Little job?

It's not bad but I say that depending on your skill level. Most difficult part is just getting the top bolts of the Engine Mounts especially if you have headers.

Sure, if you remove the engine first you can do it through the top no problem.

The link, which I've already read, shows a great tutorial about how to replace the engine mounts from the bottom. I was asking about how to do it from the top.

The answer was accurate. You can only remove them from the bottom if you want to leave the engine in the bay.
