Transmission Funkyness

Issue started happening about 1500 miles ago.

Every time I'm on the freeway giving the car a bit of gas and then letting off the car drops maybe 150-200 rpm's and has a weird thud which can be felt in the cabin of the car.

Transmission was service like 500 miles ago thinking this would solve the problem but it didn't.

Has anyone else encountered something like this?

Engine and transmission mounts replaced about 5k miles ago.

check that your engine isn't logging misfires. i thought the same with mine, but after reading some misfire threads and then checking mine...i actually am logging them.

you'll need someone or shop with Star/DAS to scan your transmission and run diagnostics. if all check out your valve body maybe going out. I'd consult with master technician if all arrows point in that direction.
