Random noise from engine
Hearing this rumbling like if a something is loose or jinggling around.

2016 GTs, 2014 C63 AMG and 2014 C350 Sport (wife's car, she thinks it's an AMG - shhhhhh)
Sounds bad enough to me to remove the valve covers (at a minimum) and take a gander before something grenades on you. I wouldn't drive it until it's diagnosed properly.

Sounds like a bad lifter. Is it throwing a code?

You need to replace your pulleys asap. That's a pulley bearing about to grenade.

That is what im thinking it was. And it is not throwing any codes at all. So when im on the throttle the noise goes away but when i come to a stop in comes back. Feels like the belt or pulley need to be changed.

No codes at all. When i hit the throttle it stops but if i come to a light it will start. It looks like a pulley is moving back and forth.

Took the car to a shop they told me its one of the pulleys they even put pressure to show it was and the noise stopped they gave me an price of $300 for all new pulleys. So i wanted a 2nd opinion and took it to mercedes dealership they said it was an exhaust cam. Not sure what that is. They also said all the pulleys need replacing and timing chain. The price $4900!!.
