So I installed a Armytrix valvetronic exhaust. The performance increase is noticeable, however the sound is not as significant as I was hoping for, I was planning on doing a secondary cat delete as well to see if that helps. I also lost some of the AMG bangs I guess due to the X pipe design? I was contemplating putting back my stock and just doing downpipe and res delete. The only thing is I know I will lose some performance.

I also did find a exhaust I really like the look of. I attached pics. Does anyone recognize this exhaust?

Let me know what your thoughts are on what I should do. I do miss the AMG bangs.

I believe the exhaust in the picture is Remus. Maybe straight pipe with Remus tips.

I also installed an Armytrix valvetronic exhaust a few months ago and wasn't happy with the exhaust note it produced as it was too quiet for me. I recently installed the Armytrix race downpipe which made the exhaust note much louder (plus I noticed an increase in performance as well). With the valves open, the car is really loud; however, when the valves are closed, it sounds almost stock. The only downside I have with this setup is the smell since the car does not have cats anymore.

If you want it to sound really aggressive, then you have to get headers

The X-pipe changes the sound for sure, you want an H-pipe to keep that AMG note. And removing the secondary cats will definitely liven it up!
