...and that I am afraid is the bottom line. As a business owner, you're only as good as your client base. If that dwindles or is put off by bad reviews, you're screwing yourself as people will like this guy, look for used items or other retailers. I am 100% on my message all of the time. Is it taxing? Holy fk, yes it is, and on top of that is all of the social media. But, are my customers happy and do they keep paying me money to keep going? Hell yes.








the phone or email is the bare bones of customer care...it’s free to use it. Reaching out can only help not hurt a transaction.

This and all the drama made my decision.

If I used his motto of “sorry I was on vacation, I’d be out of business.” Be professional. You operate a high level so called performance part category, saying your the best in the business. We’ll hire a damn admin or have gmail auto respond that says “answers emails with 24-48 hrs.” Business 101. Get with it.

As for the service a s support, Mike went above and beyond for me. He talked to my shop directly when the shop had questions about the installation eventhough he was busy in Vegas for the SEMA.
My experience with MBH was great and will definitely do business with Mike again in the future.
