got around to actually take a look and read what the translation of schubabschaltung was. it's simply deceleration fuel cut. that is activated when you've lifted throttle and fuel is cut entirely to save fuel.
that is a separate map than engine/exhaust sound tuning on fuel cut.

I managed to figure out the location of the setting, but my ECU does not accept the coding.
