Potential new Owner-GLC 63 AMG- question
Hello all, this is my first post and excuse my kindergarten question. I am in the market for a new car and leaning towards the 2019 GLC 63 AMG. I test drove the car on Saturday and the experience was as expected. The car was fast, powerful and athletic. That being said, i was really surprised at the firmness of the ride, every bump i hit the car "Rattled and Clicked" loudly. To be fair, i live in Chicago and the weather was cold, 28 degrees and the car was fitted with Sport tires.
I know sport cars will generally ride more firm, but here is my question, how much difference would winter tires make on the firmness of the ride? Will winter tires absorb more of the Shock on bumps? What should i expect with Cold weather tires?
