I bought a set of red seat belts for my 2015 C63 amg 507 edition coupe, and recently found out they do not fit; I had bought the wrong ones. The seat belts I bought were advertised for a W204 coupe, and I thought they would fit, until I tried to install them. I am not sure if they are for the preface lift model, or the vehicles with the AMG package (c250 with AMG package with red seat belts), so check the part numbers to be sure before you make the same mistake I did. I have both front seat belts, which I purchased new for one, and the other is like new pulled from a car. They are for a LHD car (US, Canada etc). The part numbers are located on the back of the actual buckle, so if yours match these ones, they will fit. The last four values are the color code for red, so as long as the other numbers match you are good to go. I will sell them outright, or trade for the ones that I actually need. The part numbers for these belts are 204 860 13 86 / 3D53(red left side) and 204 860 14 86 / 3D53 (red right side). These do have the loop on the bottom for attaching to the rail, so that means coupes only I'm quite sure. Please note, I will NOT guarantee fitment. There are too many seat variations for me to tell if they will fit a car or not. My understanding is that they will fit the ‘performance seats’ like in the coupes. It is up to the buyer to figure that out by running the part numbers as shown on the belt assemblies. I will NOT accept returns on this.
Paid around $300 a piece before shipping from europe. Get these cheaper than from the dealer. $400$350 $300 OBO for the set.

If it helps anyone, I went through this exercise a few years ago with my 13 C63 sedan and I now have a 14 C63 sedan and the part numbers are the same, I suspect at least 12 and up are the same, the person I sold them to put them in a PFL sean car I am almost positive and they also fit fine.
Drivers side part number that fits was this 204-860-93-85-3d53, so these would not fit the sedan seats. usually the telltale part is where it connects to the base of the seat, pictures of that part makes it more identifiable, the one with a loop in the belt material is incorrect, it should have a metal bracket that bolts to the seat.
Yeah I may do that to my current seat belts, once I get these extra ones sold. Hopefully someone has a car they fit in, and is looking for the red seat belts.

These belts do have the loop in the material for attaching to the rail, so they are for a coupe, not a sedan.
Yes, I have a 2015 w204 507 edition coupe, and these will not fit my car. They are for one of the many other versions of coupe seats that Mercedes made for the w204s. I suspect they are for a prefacelift car, or a car with the AMG appearance package, such as the c250s that came with red seat belts, or maybe a car that doesn’t have distronic +, because I think the seatbelts are different for cars with that as well, since they have the Pre-safe system that uses the distronic + to tighten your seatbelt if it thinks a crash is about to happen.
My car’s seatbelt part numbers are 204 860 53 86 and 204 860 54 86, plus the four unit color code at the end for black. So basically I need the seat belts with the same part numbers I have now, but with the color code 3D53 at the end, meaning they are red.
Yeah I'll pull them out of the box and take pictures of the whole assembly tomorrow. But honestly all you will need is the part numbers I listed for the belts, and took a pictures of. If yours match those, then these belts will fit.
Off-topic. Maybe?
I also have a 2015 507 coupe. US.
Could you please send me where you are finding these seat belts, and what codes are available for each color? Thank you!

the part number for your seat belts is on the actual fastener portion, engraved in the plastic part, that has the steel latch that you insert into the buckle that is attached at the waistline area of your seat. Just look at my pictures, that’s where the part numbers are for all of the w204 cars. The only two colors available are red and black to my knowledge. I have the color code for red posted in the pictures and in my post. Black would be the other code, and the one on your current seatbelts. A quick google search will confirm that. And you can find the seatbelts all over the place. eBay, dealership, forums, and any of the online Mercedes parts dealers. Just type the part number into google and you will find several places to buy them.

here are pictures of the entire seat belt assembly including retractors and the looped portion that attaches to the rails in the coupes.
do the part numbers match? I think the reason they won’t work for me is because I have the distronic + that does the seatbelt pretension if it senses a crash. As long as those part numbers match, they will fit. I was too eager and stupid to check before I bought.
