PCV Block Off Plate

Is it possible to buy a block off plate of the PCV Valve in the intake manifold?
I would like to close my intake manifold and filter the exhaust gases and oil in a catch can and then lead them outside.
I've looked everywhere and found nothing. I don't see the point in putting the exhaust gases back into the intake manifold. Except, of course, for the emissions...

Einstein’s bright idea there was to use the exhaust to create a super-vacuum to scavenge the oil vapor. And we never heard from him again...
