Extended Warranty - Requires Mercedes Service?
Hey all,
I’m at my local Stealership in San Antonio TX and I’m getting tired of getting raped every time I come here. My rational for coming to the dealership is to minimize the chances of my extended warranty company denying any claim I’d make in the future. Does anyone know, or had experience with, if extended warranty companies are ok with general routine maintenance being done at a non-MB service dept? Thoughts.?
I have a 2014 507 Sedan w/28k miles & Fidelity warranty through 2024 - and I don’t want to risk voiding my warranty.
(I know I can do it myself and save more $$ but again the warranty is my reason for getting it done by pros)

^^ exactly what I wanted to know. There’s a small shop that does Mercedes services for a fraction of the cost - so I plan to use them going forward. Thanks.
