New brake pads grinding

‘04 996 C4S, ‘18 GLC, ‘19 Alltrack
New brake pads grinding
Put new pads on all four corners. Replaced Girodisc pads with Girodisc pads.
The fronts were a pain but the rears went on almost too easy. Now, when I stop there is a grinding at slow speed from the rear pads. Starts at maybe below 20 mph to full stop. Sounds like old pads when they are worn down to the rivets.
Anyone else have this problem? I followed a couple YT vids to the letter.
