Hi everyone, im currently looking at purchasing a 2009 c63 with 89 000 miles, it is from a used car dealership and is listed for $18 000 canadian so i believe it is a pretty good deal. Unfortunately they have no service records about the headbolts being replaced and i tried calling the dealership where it was serviced but they told me only the owner of the car can access that information, I was just curios as to the chances of this job already being done on the car due to the high mileage/ year of the vehicle. Thanks!

pull the valve covers and actually look at the headbolts. It’s the only way.
