Tune problem??

Tune problem??
I recently got a tune for my W204. I have MBH Headers, MBH midsection w/ pipe, & ROW airboxes. I decided to go Eurocharged. Since loading the tune, the bubble tune has worked perfect, but the car still doesn't feel as if its preforming to its full potential. When running 60-130 times on dragy, the best I managed was 10.02 seconds which, when compared with cars with similar work done, is way higher than what's expected. I haven't had a chance to get the car on a dyno, which I soon will. Im not sure if there's an issue or not but any suggestions on if anything seems off or on what to do?

Contact Eurocharged, lots of other threads like this where the tune doesn't seem to take on some cars and they typically adjust some stuff and give you a new file and in most cases that resolves things. I think they also recommend remove negative battery cable overnight and then see if that makes a diff.

I don’t get it. My EC tunes have been mostly great, especially the dyno tune. And when they haven’t been great (back with V5), having an actual human-to-human conversation has worked things out. Not everything in life can be resolved satisfactorily with a few mouse clicks or email. I chalk the majority of “EC issues” up to user error or people that really don’t know what they’re doing because Jerry and his team have gladly bent over backwards for me a few times to make sure I was happy.
With that said, “burble” and “pops and bangs” tunes are junk and you’re more likely to have issues when asking for stupid sheit like that.

I had a problem, got a refund, but then recently added the tune again.. It is awesome now . i can say that Jerry did work very hard on my previous issue, and that counts a lot in m book. He even remembered my previous issues.
I agree with other posts, typically its user issue or something very unique to your specific car. I literally had the file re written by Jerry 6 times before it came back perfect for my car.

I think i know what the issue is on most tunes that have problems. It all comes down to what base firmware is on the ecu. Some cars make crazy low end and some don't. You can run same tune on each ecu and get different results.

Ngl, Friday night on a holiday weekend. You’ll be lucky to get a response from anyone in the country until Monday. Ngl. Yo.

As an FYI, Eurocharged has been running at a very limited capacity for the last several weeks due to people being out sick.
Having some quirks with an M113K tune (mainly with the program used to flash tunes on that platform) and it's been slow progress for a couple weeks now.
I'm being patient and remain in the phase of giving them the benefit of the doubt and every chance to sort out any issues. Hoping next week can have some good back and forth with logs/analysis/revisions.
