wtb: used M156 camshafts
as long as they are not clogged with metal shavings, and are straight and true. looking for any used set of m156 camshafts, even ones with scored up lobes. free would be good if they are damaged, but will pay for them as well. thanks!

Curious also, I looks around at one point with respect to grinding stock Cam's, Jones Cams will regrind to anything you want and have done M156 cams, but they just regrind them so seems you will just get more of the pitting exposed and they don't build them up so you get a tiny bit less lift after they grind. VRP uses stock cams for their grind but they said they have them built up a bit and reground, assuming just at the tip where the cores are worn and they need more meat on the tip.
I have also seen, I think on Taso's channel welded cams eat up lifters as the weld is much harder and chews up lifters even faster, so not sure welded reground cams will be better or worse.

The metal’s too soft it would fail.
