Slipping transmission on the facelift. Anyone found a solution?
So my transmission has been slipping in basically all gears between 1000-1500rpm. This makes the car jerky and difficult to drive slowly. It’s fine on WOT just between those RPMs
A Merc specialist looked it over today and did a software update on the transmission but this doesn’t appear to have fixed the problem.
I’ve seen many posts about this but have never seen any solution. I’d like to try get some kind of solution before the warranty runs out.
Car is a 2013 so MCT

If you still have warranty just keep pushing, it has a problem that isn't normal. Software is the quick and easy fix, after that they will probably look at replacing the valvebody/mechatronics and the clutch pack or just swap the whole trans out with a reman. Regardless it isn't normal so keep pushing them before the warranty is up.

the latest transmission update makes it creep a little more when in drive which is good and the downshifts come in earlier but the slips still there.
