Fuel trims fault code

Can anyone shine some light on this please.
car is running full decat
no cel just a stored code

I believe the lambdas are sensing it’s over fuelling but I’ll await confirmation on that 😬

what are the live o2 sensor readings? the screenshot is only showing the first and last fuel trims i assume. if its really swinging between 1 and 127 on your fuel trims, you have problems. maybe your oxygen sensors are bad or you have a large air leak somewhere past MAF sensor. could be faulty intake manifold as that is a common issue.

lol, I thought about it but honestly I'm a lazy man and only do half the work on my own car these days. anything that takes more than 2-3 hours without a lift I just bring to a buddies shop. also rarely ever work on other people's cars now that I'm older. not sure I want to spend 500-800 for a setup that only is used on my own car.

Anyone know how to view STFT & LTFT?
The tools I have are icarsoft MB V2 and Xentry.
i found this but I don’t think it’s right??

I think any ODB should pick it up. Here are my Longs now. I found a broken hose on the secondary air supply vacuum to the valve and simply glued it (one value was 18 prior).
