After owning a pre-facelift W204 C63 for a couple years, I haven't found anything comparable. Just love the look of the W204, the updated interior and updated gearbox really make much of an improvement over the pre-facelift.
There's one example I've found which is a 2013 and it ticks all the boxes (black on black). Milage is 103,000km or approx 60,000 miles. I've had a pre-purchase inspection performed. Full service history since new.
Cosmetically it checks out. The only issue that I'm concerned about in the report is there was a slight rattle on startup, mechanic noted "Rattle in front of motor on start". He believes there is some sort of timing issue. I got back the report and attached was a code readout:
Codes are P0017, P0013, P0023. After doing some searching, it seems it could be sensor related. Just not 100% sure.
Mechanic also commented on the test drive about hesitation (delay) when giving some it some gas, it seems out of character of this sort of car after having owned one previously.
Two other notes relating to mechanical:
Heavy wear lips to all disc brake rotors,will require replacing
If rotors are replaced then all disc pads should be replaced too. Wear visible at Rear suspension components
I would most likely associate these with wear and tear and comes with the mileage of a 7 year old vehicle.

Cam Adjusters need replaced, that is the noise at startup, pretty normal in these cars with higher mileage, looks like both exhaust ones are done, but the intakes will likely be almost as bad, just not throwing codes yet. So all 4 cam adjusters should be replaced, not the worst job in the world, 4 or 5 hours of work but they are expensive, a good deal is $700 each, so about 3 k in parts USD. I had mine done under warranty, cost from dealer was $6500.
