Engineering menu: no sound!

Engineering menu: no sound!
Hi there,
I have tried to add the aux input by following online instructions on the engineering menu of my W204 C63(NTG 4.5)
The result is that I do see the the aux input I was trying to add(Replacing the Media Interface) , but no sound whatsoever from it as well as the other inputs that wee previously working fine!
Is there anything I could try to fix in the menu.? Is there a way to restore factory settings?

my issue now is that I lost Media Interface from the menu and don’t know how to get it back (I left Aux off b/c I don’t need it).

funny thing, I was trying to do the same exact thing on my W212 today and had the same problem. Looks like when MOST is turned off then on, it resets some of the settings. I fixed the no sound issue by turning the Audio Source (in the THW Paramater menu) back to External Amp. Give it a try.

Hi,
I was searching for something else but I have your solution.
You actually were very close, The MOST off didn't only reset the audio source.
if you want you media interface, satellite radio back you have to turn them back on also.
should look like this
Most - ON
Audio Source - External Amp
DAB - not installed
SDARS - installed (this is satellite radio)
UCI - installed (this is Media Interface)
TV Tuner - not installed

I have managed to switch to external Amplifier, things worked again... However My Aux is not providing any sound where it was earlier working and I can even watch video with sound using video Aux.. Any help to restore the Aux audio will be great.
Aux Audio is On and menu is visible... However when selecting it no sounds

No sound
I have a w204 2007 model Mercedes. I was messing with the settings in Engineering mode and after that i lost the sound from the speakers.
No radio,Telephone sound is coming out
I have changed the setting to external amp but still no luck.
Is anything else i need to do ?
