Working at 1030 pm please help
Hi everyone
I'm working on my car at 10:30 at night and I'm frustrated.
these clips fell off of the side skirts and it seems like a simple push and twist but they won't stay in
what am I missing

There are five clips and I have four of them out it's not a big deal because the skirt is still there I just don't want it to sag
I've already searched the internet and some of the links I found are dead any help is appreciated

Those ****** are terrible. Half of mine fall out no matter what I do. They lock at 180-degrees once you press them in place in the correct orientation. You have to really put a lot of pressure on them, then turn 180, to get them to stay put. Even then it’s 50/50 if they rattle out anyway, the plastic receiver probably stretches out if you try to jam them in incorrectly. Not critical by any means, I think I might have 3 in on each side at most.

The skirts have a million clips plus bolts on either end. They aren’t going anywhere. If you get on your belly and look really carefully you may be able to detect slight sag in the middle. It’s not worth working all night on your car for IMO.
