How to raise rear headrests?

How to raise rear headrests?
Hi all! I just got a 2020 C63s Cabriolet and am loving it. 
The only issue which is vexing me is that I can't figure out how to adjust the rear headrests. I'm beginning to wonder if it's even possible since it's a cabriolet? All I'm trying to do is raise them an inch so I can fit straps around the metal brackets for a seat protector for my dog. But I haven't found anything in the manual to describe how to do it.

Thanks, but I had read the manual. That shows how to adjust the front headrests, and how to REMOVE the rear headrests.
It doesn't tell me how to adjust the height of the rear headrests.
I'll gladly post this question where it makes more sense...can you tell me where?

I did RTFM. But it doesn't answer my question. I'm simply looking to ;adjust the height of the rear headrests. Not the front, the rear, and I'm not looking to remove the rear headrests.If I'm missing where it says how to adjust the rear headrests please tell me.
