Car won’t start
Was sitting in a parking lot for about an hour with just the radio on, it’s about 30 degrees out here, radio and gauge cluster work
Turning the key all the way over and some of the lights on dash light up before going out there’s a very faint sound, but basically nothing.
steering wheel and gear shifter don’t move.

That's likely related to you draining the battery. You can't just sit in your car for an hour with the radio on, especially in the cold. I'm assuming this means you got it to start... You should let the car run for a while / take it for a drive so the battery can charge. Message on the dash should go away on it's own once the battery is all charged up again and a happy battery.
It can also be a sign your battery is on it's way out but one thing at a time here...

the factory battery is an AGM. you aren't really gaining anything by moving over to an odessey. if you're looking for weight savings lithiums but for non race cars I'd recommend against it.
