Spark Plug Problem
Afternoon all,
I am replacing my spark plugs on my 20212 w204 c63 and the shop just called to confirm my parts have arrived. They are insisting the correct plug for the car is the NGK PLKR7A (stock no.4288) which they have bought over for me when i am 110% sure the correct plug for my car is the NGK ILZKAR7A10 Laser iridium.
Is this maybe a new number?
All information will be much appreciated.

OEM is
Part Number: ILZKAR7A10
Product Description: NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plug
The PLKR7A is for a regular C class and does not go in the M156.

any shop that orders you the wrong plugs and insists they are correct you should steer clear from. this is why ANY Mercedes parts dealer requires the usage of VIN number for part identification.
