Got a couple of pics today of the trailer in progress. All aluminum and stainless steel so it won't have rust issues and i am not having any paint put on it so there will be nothing to fade when exposed 24/7 to the FL sun for years. They still have to put the top on the box, finish mounting the etrack, etc. But you can see how the deck lift creates much lower fender height compared to deck so doors on lowered cars can still open wide, and the dovetail then makes up for the added deck height in terms of loading angle. The removable rear sidewinder jacks shown will allow me to get the weight off the tires easily when trailer is stored,

That's a very nice trailer! It's hard to tell from the pics (it could be just the angle), but it looks like most of the car weight would be forward of the trailer axles, which means you might have a lot of tongue weight especially if you carry spare tires and/or a toobox in the front. What are you going to be towing it with?

Thank you, I spec'd it very carefully. it has spread axles so the front axle is much further forward than the standard car hauler models already. Its being towed by a megacab Ram diesel 2500 and will be around 38% of tow capacity fully loaded....tongue weight is not going to be an issue. Between the lightweight, the spread torsion axles and the big truck pulling it i am hoping it will tow beautifully.

It also has a 19' long deck so the car can be parked wherever balance is best, it's not like the uhaul where the car just barely fits.

You're not going to have any issues towing with that!

I would suggest adding a winch. It makes single person loading easier and broken car loading MUCH easier.
my second suggestion would be to purchase some raceramps for loading, the extra length makes lowered cars or cars with low splitters easier to load/unload.

You just have to be careful of the break over angle since the ramps aren't very long.
Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the advice. It has a winch as mentioned somewhere above. It has 8ft ramps and a dovetail built into the deck which i hope will make for a shallow approach angle and make for easy clearance of the c63 and hopefully even lower vehicles. I have a full set of race ramps in the garage but honestly don't think I will need them, the front lip of the c63 measures over 6 inches high on stock suspension so even after coilovers it won't be terribly low. Its possible we could need ramp extensions for the speed attack vette but we are ready for that if necessary.
With the fenders low enough to fully open the car door, and the etrack mounted wheel chocks shown with the over tire strap kit posted above, i hope single person loading is simply to check the car is lined up well with the ramps, drive it up on the trailer until you hit the wheel chocks, then open the door and get out. I agree the included winch will be nice if the car is ever inoperable.
