So i'll be the first one in here to say this but the labor time seems low, however $165/hr is pretty much dealership rate or very close. The parts list is totally wrong. Every bolt for the bedplate is a one time use stretch bolt. I believe somewhere in the ballpark of 40 bolts in total. You don't necessarily have to replace the crankshaft bearings but you could while in there because why not. O-rings for the oil pump as well. Might as well reseal the front cover (it's silicon as well), replace water pump, belt and all pulleys well. Engine mounts too(minimal labor at that point). I also don't see coolant or an oil change included. As for not having a specialists in your area. A 6hr drive is a lot easier than dealing with engine problems down the road or a job done wrong. If you don't have time have it transported. There are some top notch techs in the vegas dealers. If you needed surgery and there was an ok guy right down the street would you go there? or drive 6hrs for a master surgeon?

been here for years had to change my email due to being hacked so yes this is a new account but I’m not new to this... now I have assumptions about you as well so we are even. I do believe in the past I’ve been pretty helpful to most people here but as a tech I take great pride in my work and my work place hard to see someone degrade or cheapen that. so I’ll keep that in mind
