Hey everyone. I am going nuts over her in the land of ice and snow.
i just got myself a E63 AMG 2007.
It's the famus M156 Engine whit the ticking nois...
What is the fix??

If it's TICKING ticking, the most common issues with the earlier M156 engines are with the valve lifters or other parts of the valve train (cams and/or phasers). I am assuming you're not referring to the normal (quieter) fuel injector ticking noise with the hood open.
And, on a 2007 you will also need to replace the head bolts if they haven't already been done.

Second problem: when i drive whit a cold engine i loose power when i accelerate it come and goes in the same time.

I am afraid that you're going to have to have someone at a service shop take a look at it. Based on the intermittent power loss, you likely have a secondary problem as well so you'll need to take it to a Mercedes service shop what knows what they are doing.
