LSD wasn't bad at all actually, took me about 3.5hrs in the garage on stands. If you're planning on doing it have a new drive shaft flex joint ready as yours is probably starting to tear. I'm running 12mm spacers on all four corners with 245F/265R tires.
I will say that the the LSD makes a world of a difference.
Okay perfect, I will order a new flex joint. Did you do new seals on the LSD as well? and did you need to loosen any control arms? Wondering if ill need to get another alignment afterwards.

I did axle seals for peace of mind, they're cheap and easy when its out of the car. As for the alignment I had to do one because I did my H&R springs at the same time.
Finally letting the M156 breathe! New headers, midpipes and OEM motor mounts. Running the exhaust to the factory resonator for now, but will be getting an x-pipe put in fairly quick!

Sounds like you forgotten to do up something.
When I fitted Svens larger front cooler there were only 2 pipes to undo and reconnect with new O rings.
Maybe you forgot an O ring or used the old ones by mistake.
Yeah guess it could be my mistake by reusing the O rings instead of getting new ones. Indeed only two pipes to connect and I didn't forget any of them, so guess the culprit will be the O rings.
Changed front discs and pads, will do rears soon.
Old discs were 32.6 & 32.7.mm with quite a substantial lip.
Previous owner had put new pads onto old discs without machining but they worked fine for 3 years.
Those old when new pads actually smoothed out the large ripples that were in the discs when I bought the car .
Any way time for replacements.
One thing I did notice was that the new Brembo discs are 3/4kg heavier than the OEM 1.5 discs that come with the performance pack.
Installed an Antigravity lithium-ion battery. Weighs under 10lbs, stock battery weighs 50lbs. Total weight reduction 40lbs!
Also installed a tender plug and ran it through the wiper cowl, that way I don't have to pop the hood every time I want to keep the battery on a tender.
Not today, but a couple of weeks ago.
Took her for a 'hard' roadtrip, could´ve run it harder but, there was villages amongst the way, traffic, people etc etc.
I went from Ludvika to Grövelsjön 337km(209,44miles) in 104.61km/h (65,01mph) average speed.
No highway at any stretch amongst the way.
If following speed limits the average speed is 76,12km/h(47.3Mph)
Parts of the journey has incredible views and roads:
2013 C63 P31 Eurocharged, 2006 SLK55 R171, 2013 Audi RS5

Wow, that must have been beautiful! You should record a driver view of this sometime.
